"The directions for a custom fit were easy to follow. The fit was fine, and it was comfortable to wear, but unfortunately the appliance did not work for my snoring. I can't sleep with a CPAP, and I have a custom-made anti-snore mouth guard (which does work), but I also have TMJ. Therefore, I was looking for an anti-snore mouth guard that would not aggravate my jaw. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me."

The high price (which I later discovered on Amazon was selling for about $30 less than your website and caused me to feel as if I’ve been taken for) gave me a sense that this was going to be a good product, but that was not the case. It was bulky, didn’t fit comfortably, and the entire process of molding left much more to be desired. The only positive part to this entire experience was the quick customer service response on the refund."
