"I am not normally a review writer but I had such a good experience with this mouthguard that I wanted to share in case it helped anyone else who grinds their teeth at night. I’ve tried multiple mouthguards and none has worked better than this one...I find that other mouthguards are too big or uncomfortable (one literally ended up on my nightstand without me knowing how it got there???), too expensive, or just get super gross. But I grind so bad I have actually broken molars so I had to do something. I finally bought this CustMbite guard after trying and failing with other nightguards. Also this guard is WAY cheaper than the nightguard I can get from my dentist and honestly it’s pretty much the same thing. PROS: Doesn’t get stinky!!! All I have to do is rinse it in the sink Easy to mold to my teeth SO thin and comfy Actually affordable CONS: I wish I had bought one earlier because I wasted a lot of money on other mouthguards. I HIGHLY recommend this mouthguard - I noticed a difference the first morning, it’s almost weird to wake up without my teeth hurting. TL;DR, this mouthguard is great and you should get one."

"It’s ok. It’s keeps you from grinding teeth. I nearly bit through the thing so be careful when initially biting down on the formidable rubber. I followed the instructions and pushed in the form around me teeth and bit down firmly on it. After it dried it feels uncomfortably tight."
